- Athletic Numbering is a vinyl heat-applied material that is durable,
long lasting, and is often used on professional sports uniforms.
- It's designed to take a beating every day both on and off the field.
- It comes in several sizes:
- 8" Numbers are typically used on the back of Soccer, Baseball,
Softball, and Football shirts.
- 6" Numbers are typically used on the front of shirts.
- 4" numbers are also typically used on the front of the shirt.
In some instances a 4" number can be placed in the pocket area.
- 2" numbers can be used on the sleeves and in the pocket area
of a shirt.
- 1", 1.5", and 2" Block and Cooper fonts can be used
for names on the back of the shirt.
- This material is also available as "flocking" or a velvet
type surface. This is occassionally used for novelty shirts.
